The name ''Gamaliel'' (גמליאל) does not have an exact translation in Hebrew, but its root appears to be גמלי (romanized as ''gimli''), which means "a camel." The sphere is usually rendered as "Obscene Ones."

==Description==
Gamaliel is the opposite of [[Yesod]], which represents foundations; but this qlippoth represents impure sexual desires which are never satisfied. It is embodied by misshapen and polluted images that produce vile results.
