In the ''Grimoirium Verum'', Agaliarept is one of two demons directly under [[Lucifer]], with [[Satanachia]] being the other. This book also states that Agalierept and Tarihimal are the rulers of Elelogap, who in turn governs matters connected with [[water (element)|water]].

''[[The Grand Grimoire]]'' lists Agaliarept as a general (some translations read Commandant) with the power to uncover secrets and reveal mysteries, and commands the second legion (including [[Buer]], [[Guison]], and [[Botis]]).

 

The demon is not found outside of the ''Grimoirium Verum'' and ''[[The Grand Grimoire]]'', two texts that are closely related to one another and may have been written by the same author.
