Sitael (Hebrew: סיטאל) is a Kabbalistic angel. It is the third angel of the 72 angels of the Shem HaMephorash. In the hierarchy of angels, Sitael is a member of the Seraphim choir. Its name means "The God of hope."

Abilities

Sitael will protect against adversities; also against weapons, and wild beasts. The person born under this angel loves truth, will keep their word, and obliges those in need of their services. Astrologically, this spirit signifies the creation of all things.

Sitael rules over the Goetic demon Vassago.

Guardian angel

Sitael functions as a guardian angel for people born during the following days and times:

  • Soul Guardian for those born: 12.40 a.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Moral Guardian for those born: March 22, June 2, August 13, October 24 and January 4.
  • Physical Guardian for those born: March 30 - April 3.
