Haziel (Hebrew: הזיאל) is a Kabbalistic angel. It is the ninth angel of the 72 angels of the Shem HaMephorash. In the hierarchy of angels, Haziel is a member of the Cherubim choir. Its name means "The merciful God."

Abilities

Haziel obtains God's mercy, favors of the great, and the execution of promises. Astrologically, this spirit signifies divine forgiveness. Those born under Haziel will be sincere in their promises, and will easily pardon those who commit offenses against them.

Haziel rules over the Goetic demon Paimon.

Guardian angel

Haziel functions as a guardian angel for people born during the following days and times:

  • Soul Guardian for those born: 2.40 a.m. to 3 a.m.
  • Moral Guardian for those born: March 28, June 8, August 19, October 30 and January 10.
  • Physical Guardian for those born: April 29 - May 3.
