Caliel (Hebrew: כליאל) is a Kabbalistic angel. It is the eighteenth angel of the 72 angels of the Shem HaMephorash. In the hierarchy of angels, Caliel is a member of the Thrones choir. Its name means "The invocable God."

Abilities

Those born under Caliel will possess integrity, love truth, and will distinguish themselves in government. Caliel makes truth know in court, and allows innocence to triumph. Confounds the guilty and false testimony. Astrologically, this spirit signifies justice.

Caliel rules over the Goetic demon Bathin.

Caliel functions as a guardian angel for people born during the following days and times:

  • Soul Guardian for those born: 5.40 a.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Moral Guardian for those born: April 6, June 17, August 28, November 8 and January 19.
  • Physical Guardian for those born: June 13 - 17.
