Sitri (Hebrew: שיטרי) is a Goetic demon. It is the twelfth spirit of the 72 demons summoned by King Solomon according to the Lesser Key of Solomon. In the hierarchy of Hell, Sitri is a Great Prince.

He is ruled over by the Kabbalistic angel Hahaiah.

General description

Sitri appears at first with a leopard's head and the wings of a gryphon, but after the command of the Master of the Exorcism, he puts on a human shape, and one that is very beautiful.

Abilities

Sitri inflames men with women's love, and women with men's love; and causes them also to show themselves naked if it be desired. He governs 60 Legions of Spirits. Astrologically, this spirit signifies indiscretion, telling lies, and general untruth.

Sitri is a servant demon of those born May 14 - 18.
