Seere as depicted in the Occult Tarot

Seere (Hebrew: שאר) is a Goetic demon. It is the 70th spirit of the 72 demons summoned by King Solomon according to the Lesser Key of Solomon. In the hierarchy of Hell, Seere is a mighty and powerful prince, ruling under Amaymon, King of the East.

He is ruled over by the Kabbalistic angel Iabamiah.

General description

Seere appears in the form of a beautiful man, riding upon a winged horse.

Abilities

His office is to go and come; and to bring abundance of things to pass on a sudden, and to carry anything wherever you would have it go, or from where you would have it from. Astrologically, this spirit signifies dangerous writings.

He can pass over the whole Earth in the twinkling of an eye. He gives a true relation of all sorts of theft, and of hidden treasure, and of many other things. He is of an indifferent and good nature, and is willing to do anything which the exorcist requires. He governs 26 legions of spirits.

Seere is a servant demon of those born February 28 - March 4.
